Where the complete isolation of industrial plant and machinery is required, these guarding systems- individually designed, manufactured and installed by RDM are essential. They provide an effective safety barrier, preventing any hazardous contact with the moving parts of the machinery whilst it is in operation. All RDM Machinery Guarding Systems comply fully with the most recent additions to the Health and Safety at Work Regulations and any other relevant legislation. Each system is individually designed to suit the machine, it's environment, the operatives and production considerations. Construction is of the highest standard and all components are specially selected for reliability.

Every part of the fabrication meets the most exacting requirements. Everything, including the finish meets our customers most stringent requirements. Access doors and gates can be fitted with either a security locking system to prevent unauthorised access and/or an electrical interlocking system which will automatically shut the machine down if any of the gates or doors are opened.

As part of the RDM Turnkey Operation, all installation and fitting is carried out by our own experienced engineers to ensure the highest standards, maximum security, minimum disruption and total compliance with safety regulations.
